These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you (the "User") and Appycron Interactive e.K. ("Appycron," "we," "us," or "our"), the developer and operator of the App. Your use of the App also remains subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), which governs your license to use the App on Apple devices.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Appycron Interactive e.K. shall not be liable for:

We do not guarantee that the App will always be available, secure, or error-free.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.

By continuing to use the App after changes are posted, you accept the revised Terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, without regard to conflict of law rules.
